I found this little gem accidentally searching google maps for used car dealerships, and am I ever glad I did, I found the perfect suv for me, it met my needs and budget and a couple days after the test drive I was taking my chosen vehicle home, even after the sale they are happy to help with anything I need. I have already referred multiple people thier direction.

I usually buy new cars, but now that they've gotten so expensive, those days are over. When I was shopping various new car dealers (used inventory) and Precision, I found Precision to be much easier to deal with. There was no pressure and no games and they gave me a far better price on my trade than any of the other places I looked. So far, I've been very happy with my purchase and would do it again.

Dawn was sooo amazing! My husband and I are first time buyers with a newbo so we had to upgrade to a bigger car. We ended up purchasing a Honda CRV. Our bank was being a whole mess when trying to purchase but Dawn was so patient and worked with us. We were able to buy it and drive it the same day. Definitely recommend!

I've been a loyal customer of theirs since moving to Tucson in 1986. Service is exceptional for both the techs and front desk support. I really like going to a facility where I'm known by first name and greeted when I walk in the door. Also like how service personnel explain why a repair or work is required and show you the replaced parts and why they needed replacing. GREAT SERVICE!!!! I've always thought that Precision would be a great candidate for the Malcom Baldridge Quality award.

Precision Honda and Acura has been my trusted go-to place for used cars and service for almost 15 years. Staff is always friendly and informative, and the prices are fair.

We purchased a used Honda CRV from Precision Auto in Tucson while we were in Washington state as we were driving down in our RV and needed a car upon arrival. We have owned a number of CRVs and wanted to get a familiar car. Although it was a little scary buying sight unseen, we had various phone calls and paperwork was exchanged via inteet and money wired. We felt safe knowing they had a good reputation and warranty. We picked up the car after arriving in Tucson and all seemed well. However, after a day or so of driving the car felt a little off with steering and braking. We went to a local Firestone tire and brake service and discovered that the tires had been mounted incorrectly (Inside of tire was facing out) and the rear pads were wo down more than the front which we knew. Firestone wanted to do a master cylinder flush, but we had them hold off on everything and we called Precision to inquire about how to proceed. They asked us to bring the car back and they would make it right. They also pulled up the work order on what they had done previously and discovered that the mechanic that had worked on our car has since been let go for poor quality work. They replaced all the tires with new Toyos, replaced the rear brake pads and provided a loaner car for the day the work was being completed. The car drives great now and we really appreciate that Precision was honest and made things right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car in the Tucson area. These folks are the reason I own Hondas. Top notch service, honest and incredibly nice to work with. I'm really picky and Precision always outperforms expectations. My car is always clean - unlike other places. I have never felt pressured or "sold" on a repair. They put dealerships to shame. One time I needed to leave my car oveight and they arranged and paid for a rental. Where do you get this kind of service? Right - only at Precision. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommended without reservation. There is no other place to go to have your Honda or Acura serviced. Oh - and I would not hesitate to buy a car from them.
